Alright everybody our new challenge is to e-mail Yahoo!. You may contact them here. Most of the time we were all used to sending our e-mails to a specific person, this time around there is no specific person whom we are contacting. Like we always say when sending your e-mails,  mention Cherrybomb, if you like you could also give a brief synopsis of the film, you could also link to the Rave Reviews section on the  Ice Cream Man website so Yahoo! can see the many positive reviews Cherrybomb has recieved so far, of course mention Rupert andwhy you are a proud fan,  mention the petition website give them the link to the petitions as well as the link to the Cherrybomb trailer on YouTube. As always please remember to remain professional and polite while writing your e-mails. Now keep in mind that Yahoo! is a huge website that recieves hundreds or e-mails daily, while they do read them, they cannot respond due to the volume of e-mails. Happy e-mailing!

Movie Maker Challenge

Phew! This week has been incredibly busy with the premiere of Rupert Grint’s new movie Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. However, we are still working on the Cherrybomb Distribution Campaign. This week, we are writing to Movie Maker Magazine, America’s leading magazine on the art and business of making movies and the world’s most widely read independent movie magazine! You can contact the editor-in-chief, Timothy Rhys, at tim@moviemaker.com. As always, be polite and professional in your email. Mention Rupert and his costars in this movie and tell all about the campaign (Link our site and the page where you can find all of the petitions.) and give a brief synopsis of this movie.  You can even encourage them to view the official trailer on YouTube to get them more interested.

On-Air with Ryan Seacrest Challenge

Another week, another challenge. Our next challenge is to e-mail television and radio host, Ryan Seacrest. Ryan is the host of his own radio station called On-Air With Ryan Seacrest Of course like we mention in each challenge, mention Rupert, Cherrybomb, the petiton website,  that you can find the petitions here and that you’re a proud Rupert fan. You could also give a brief synopsis of the film if you like.  Another thing, please give the link to the Cherrybomb Trailer on YouTube in your e-mail, you can even suggest that he put it on his website. To send your e-mail click here. Of course be courteous, polite and as professional as possible. Happy e-mailing! Don’t forget to leave a comment below once you have e-mailed. Please keep in mind that 102.7 KIIS FM gets hundreds of e-mails everyday, so those that recieve the e-mails may read every single e-mail they get, but the more people that participate in this challenge, the more likely Ryan Seacrest will take notice of the campaign.

BBC News Challenge

Alright, troops! We’re doing things a little differently this week. We are going to try to get the campaign mentioned on BBC News’ site and their show.  To write to them, all you need to do is click here. In order for this to work, you need to be very thorough when mentioning the campaign. Mention this site and give them the address. Of course, you need to mention Rupert and give them a brief synopsis of what Cherrybomb is about. You will also want to mention the trailer and tell them that they can find it here. Tell them that the film also stars Kimberly Nixon, Robert Sheehan, and James Nesbitt. All of this will come in handy when they do their news cast. Also, please give them the link to the page that has a list of all the petitions, which you can find here. And, as always, don’t forget to be polite and professional when writing your email!

For this one, we will need at least 25-30 people to write. Since this is a very popular news show, we will need more people to write than we’ve had in the past in order to convince them that our campaign is news worthy.
